NASA GSFC is soliciting comments on requirements established regarding the specifications for a UltraViolet/Visible/Near-InfraRed (UV/VIS/NIR) Spectro-photometer. The present requirements are specified in the attached document:

This notice is issued by NASA GSFC to post Draft Specifications via the internet, and to solicit input, comments, and recommendations from interested parties. Of particular interest are comments and recommendations regarding the clarity, effectiveness, fairness, and completeness of the requirements. The objective of this RFI is to gather information that promotes competition and increases procurement efficiency by improving NASA GSFC's knowledge of industry's capabilities. The intent is to provide a dialogue in which participants can provide feedback on NASA GSFC's requirements and its acquisition approach.
This notice constitutes all information concerning the UV/VIS/NIR Spectro-photometer requirement that will be furnished at this time. Documents, comments and questions may be forwarded to Sandra R.
