This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Spin Aror Design and Testing, NNC04066564 which was posted on May 26, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made: The following is added to the Statement of Work, Option 1 - Fabrication and Testing , Instrumentation: "Each wheel (approximately 14" diameter x 2.5" thick weighing about 50 lbs) shall be instrumented with 30, single direction, static strain gages to be provided and installed by the spin test vendor per a layout plan defined by AADC, GEAE & NASA.

The due date for responses is not extended.
