THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR FLOW CONTROL ACTUATOR FOR LOW TURBULENCE PRESSURE TUNNEL. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to (1) delete FAR Clause 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (JUNE 2003)(15U.S.C.644) changing the solicitation to unrestricted, (2) establish a new due date for for receipt of quotes as July 28, 2004, and (3) change the deliver by date from November 2, 2004 to December 15, 2004. Also, questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing (e-mail is preferred) no later than July 21, 2004.

Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on May 19, 2004. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
