THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR DESIGN, FABRICATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF A CARBON TETRAFLOURIDE (CF4) RECLAMATION SYSTEM FOR THE 20-INCH MACH 6 CF4 TUNNEL. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate additional NASA/FAR Supplement and FAR Clauses into the solicitation.

The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.

Incoporate the following NASA/FAR Supplement Clauses:

1852.219-76 NASA 8 Percent Goal (Jul 1997) 1852.223-75 Major Breach of Safety or Security (Feb 2002)

and FAR 52.212-5 Clause

52.203-6 Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government (Jul 1995)

Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on August 13, 2004.
