This is a modification to the synopsis entitled FABRICATE GRAPHITE -EPOXY LAMINATED COMPOSITE PANELS which was posted on August 12, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made: Quote due date is extended to 4:00pm ET, September 3, 2004.

The due date for responses is extended as stated above.
