Description

 

This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Low Emissions Alternate Power (LEAP) NRA-04-GRC-LEAP-01 which was posted on Thursday, June 17th, 2004 and had modifications posted on July 1, 2004 and August 2, 2004. The latter informed the new solicitation release date was "in the remaining portion of the 2004 calender year" and that a "subsequent modification would be issued... informing potential offerors of the exact solicitation release date."

You are notified that the following changes are made: the solicitation release date will be between Wednesday, September 1, 2004 and Friday, September 3, 2004.

The due date for responses has been adjusted accordingly with specific instructions located in the solicitation.

Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
