This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) Wafers, Solicitation Number NNG04069400L which was posted on August 19, 2004. The purpose of this modification is to clarify the response due date. Due to an administrative error, there were two response dates listed in the original synopsis. You are hereby notified that response date for this solicitation is Friday, October 15, 2004, 3:30 p.m., local eastern standard time. Also, the suggested additional marking if delivery is made by a commercial delivery service is revised as follows:

"COMMERCIAL DELIVERY PERSONNEL: THIS INFORMATION PACKAGE MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE DOCK MASTER, BUILDING 16W SHIPPING AND RECEIVING DOCK, NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2004, 3:30 P.M., LOCAL EASTERN STANDARD TIME."
