This is modification 1 to RFI number RFI-NNL04ACDT entitled “Aircraft Conceptual Design Tools” which was posted on August 25, 2004. The purposes of this modification are to add points of contact (POC’s) to the Key Focus Areas identified in the RFI and to post Questions and Responses dated September 2, 2004.
