You are notified that the following changes are made: BASED ON RESPONSES RECEIVED TO THE SYNOPISIS, THE GOVERNMENT HAS DETERMINED TO COMPETE THIS REQUIREMENT. THE SOLE SOURCE IS HEREBY RESCINDED AND THE SOLICITATION NNL04078959Q IS FORTHCOMING. THE ANTICPATED DATE OF THE SOLICITATION IS SEPTEMBER 16, 2004.
