This is a modification to the synopsis entitled MAINTENANCE FREE UNCOOLED IMAGING INFRARED RESEARCH CAMERA WITH A SOLID-STATE MICROBOLOMETER DETECTOR that was posted on September 9, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made:

Based on qualification statements received from other interested parties, NASA LaRC has determined that the requested items can potentially be provided by multiple sources. Moreover, the technical requirements/specifications for the IR Research Camera have since changed.

Accordingly, Solicitation Reference No. LAT-80563 is hereby cancelled in its entirety.
