Arcata Associates (Arcata/UNITeS), in support of the UNITeS Prime Contract at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), intends to negotiate on a sole source expedited basis, only with Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) to provide Level of Effort (LOE) labor services covering five (5) labor disciplines which will be used to augment current staffing at MSFC in support of the Integrated Engineering Capabilities (IEC) Project. Arcata intends to award a Commercial Purchase Order covering a total of 2,080 hours of combined resources that will be utilized over a twelve (12) month term.
This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedure.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ and Technical Specification are located in the attached WORD 9.0 file in addition to Arcata/UNITeS' Commercial Terms and Conditions and Certifications & Representations, all of which are considered the RFQ package. Interested parties have only fourteen (14) days from the publication date of this combined synopsis/solicitation to submit the required information (pricing, compliance with the technical requirements, resumes', references, and executed certification) to the undersigned at the Internet Address listed below. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitation amendments (if any) at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin;=62 . Responses received without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis. A determination by Arcata/UNITeS to not award this proposed requirement on a full and open competitive basis, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of Arcata/UNITeS.
