This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Transportable Range Acquisition System (TRACS) Solicitation Number: AAI020410-04-001 which was posted on August 19, 2004. This modification issues a revised Section I of the draft RFP that deletes FAR 52.219-6 entitled "Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside" from this solicitation, requests that all interested parties submit company name, address, phone number, point of contact, business size (Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, etc.) to Arcata's point of contact by October 15, 2004, and estimates a new date for the release of final RFP to be on or about November 3, 2004.

It is Arcata's intention to post an interested vendors list on this website as soon as possible.

Offerors are reminded that all questions, comments, and request for clarification on the draft RFP are due by 3 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), on October 8, 2004, by email to stacey.mills@mail.dfrc.nasa.gov or by facsimile to (661) 276-6092.

Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
