User-Centered Design represents over 25 years of experience in the design, development, and evaluation of user interfaces of all types. The company specializes in adding Human Factors Engineering into design processes to facilitate a more "user-centered" approach to product development. The company is owned and operated by Bill Killam who, in addition to having degrees in both engineering and psychology, is board certified in Human Factors Engineering by the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE).
