NewEra Software, Inc., based in Morgan Hill, California, develops and markets software solutions for the IBM Mainframe computing platform. NewEra Software is knowledgeable of Section 508 rerquirements and certifies that its products meet the requirements. NewEra Software's products, Stand Alone Environment (SAE) and IMAGE Focus, help users quickly recover from system outages and also provide a proactive method for ensuring the IPL-ability of their MVS and z/OS-based systems. One application in SAE called Fast DASD Erase allows users to erase all personally identifiable customer information at the end of Disaster Recovery (DR) tests by writing binary zeroes over all data and does this ten times faster than any other method.
