Systems Integration is a Washington area 8a firm specializing in telephony equipment and services. We have over 11 years of experience in call center management and services. We have developed a PC server based system that takes calls from 508 compliant consumer TTY-TDD devices and converts it to general purpose text for communicating with a call centeragents workstation. The text can be converted to any workstation protocol. The system is designed to emulate the call centers Interactive Voice Response (IVR)unit. Many helpful techniques can be used such as pre-written answers to question in a FAQ can be sent back to the caller without the call taker having to type the response. The system can use Computer Telephony Interfaces (CTI) to get data from data bases and transmit to the caller . The system works with all PBX and network systems, is very efficient and cost effective. |
