The majority of its projects address the Broadcasts, events and materials of government on a Federal, State and Local level. Communiqué prides itself in it constant striving for enhanced accessibility developments and its unprecedented high standards for accurate, swift provisions. In the arena of Captioning, provisions include: Live Broadcast Captioning; Live Internet Captioning; Simultaneous Live Broadcast and Live Internet Captioning; OffLine Captioning (the Captioning of pre-produced Video Programs); and Consultation on the setup and launching of Live Captioning systems. Capable of Live Internet Captioning via mainstream and proprietary Media Players, Communiqué strongly advocates for and often provides Live Internet Captioning via a separate Captioning box (channel) enabling Users to affect the size of the Captioning box and its Text. C.A.R.T. (Communication Access RealTime Technology) is the on-site provision of the instant display of speech into text often used for access in board meetings, conferences, trainings and other non-broadcasted communication events. TextStreaming is Communiqués unique provision of remote C.A.R.T. delivered via a secure Internet site and developed by Communiqué via a grant invitation by the Virginia Assistive Technology System. The goal of TextStreaming is to insure timely and cost-effective C.A.R.T.. provision for immediate access needs and for areas that often receive no access or incur travel and lodging costs for access due to the lack of local C.A.R.T. and Sign Interpretation Providers. Descriptive Narration, provided either in Digital or Analog format, enables accessibility to both written and Visual materials. A.D.A. Friendly Video Production is provided either for turn-key or phases of Video Production to ensure the Production’s cumulative integrity in communicating content for mainstream and Disabled audiences. Consultation is provided for all services to enable others to insure accessibility in their communication projects. |
