LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN MOVED INTO THE QUAD STATE DURING THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS AS A THICK LAYER OF LOWS BLANKETED THE REGION. TEMPERATURES THROUGH MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON DID NOT GET OUT OF THE 50S.
