Welcome to WFLHD

The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) operates as part of the Federal Lands Highway Program, serving the needs of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks in Wyoming. WFLHD actively administers the surveying, designing and constructing of forest highway system roads, parkways and park roads, Indian reservation roads, defense access roads, and other Federal lands roads. WFLHD also provides training, technology, deployment, engineering services, and products to other customers.
