Additional Data Sheets
The Additional Data Sheet (ADS) contains questions that supplement your
resume. If you use the on-line Resume
Builder, these questions will be included in your resume. If a job
announcement requires an ADS response, and you are not using the on-line Resume Builder,
you must provide it in addition to your resume.
Double-check the Service Center that issued the job announcement, as
each has its own ADS which is specific to the geographic areas which
it services. You may access and print the ADS by selecting the appropriate
Human Resources Service Center below.
