We ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time to support the mission of the Department of the Navy.

Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Civilian Human Resources):

Serves as principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower & Reserve Affairs (ASN (M&RA))
Responsible for planning, formulating, issuing, communicating and assessing the Department of the Navy (DON) civilian personnel and equal employment opportunity programs
