Investor's Visa (E)

For an Investor's Visa you must program an appointment with our Visa Information Call Center. On the day of the interview you must go to Window 16.

Requirements for E-1/E-2 visas:

  • Passports
  • Non-Immigrant Treaty Trader/Investor Application DS-156E completely filled out and with a color photograph attached
  • Original payment receipt from the Banco Union Colombiano
  • All documents pertaining to the applicant's business, trade and/or investment

These documents may be presented personally.

If you plan on taking a domestic employee with you, you must also program an appointment for her/him, and present at the same time, her/his passport, Form DS-156, a photograph, the employment contract required by U.S. law, and a copy of your current E Visa.
