Applicants for religious worker visas to work in the U.S. need to request an appointment for a visa interview at our Visa Information Call Center. At the interview you must present:
evidence of the length of involvement with the church in Colombia
a letter from the church in the U.S. requesting your services, including the church's tax exempt status and why it needs your services
