It demonstrated and displayed state-of-the-art proven transit technology and served as a platform for researching and evaluating integration of advanced technologies.  The APTS Mobile Showcase provided a traveling display area for technologies provided by manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors of transit equipment.  This Program was a partnership between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the US DOT Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center), transit equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors, transit agencies, and consultants.
