The STSC provides software professionals to help customers identify, evaluate, and adopt proven technologies that improve the organization's software quality, productivity and predictability. Process improvement is based on SEI's IDEALSM Model. These services are available (on a cost recovery basis) in the form of assessments, workshops, counsel or application projects.
