describe the person who worked for the railroad. The word
"applicant" is used to describe the person who
is filing a claim to receive a payment based on the employee's
work and earnings.

evidence or proof to support the claim. The part, Furnishing
Proof To Support Your Application, of this booklet describes
the acceptable types of evidence.
