New FY04 Not-To-Exceed Rates for Technical Service Providers

This interactive web site offers Not-To-Exceed (NTE) Rates for technical assistance.  The rates are calculated by practice, geographic location and land use.

  1. August 20, 2004    These New NTE rates are in effective in most states.  You will be routed to the older rates for areas where the new rates are not yet in effect. 
  2. The older NTE rates are archived at http://www.tsp-nte.nrcs.usda.gov/TSPNTE03Archive/
    These archived rates should be used for checking usage of prior contracts.
