Business Programs Best Practices
By end-of-June 2004 RBS will be posting, on this site, projects that have been obligated or closed within the last two fiscal years which illustrated the specific intent of the respective program.
RBS intends to make available - projects that have been funded by the following programs:
For each Best Practice RBS will provide the following - -
 Name of project
Location (city and state)
Related grant or loan program
Dollar amount of project
Description of the project and how it illustrates the specific
intent of the program
if applicable, jobs created/saved and businesses assisted
(In Fiscal Year 2003, a total of 623 loans and 703 grants totalling $1,041,389,027 were disbursed. This resulted in 87,615 jobs either being created or saved, and 11,904 businesses assisted in rural America.)
