The DOT Auto Safety Hotline is being advertised on large back-lit displays at 217 airports throughout the U.S. and Canada to increase public awareness of the Hotline as a means of reporting vehicle safety defects.

Look for our displays the next time you take a flight and remember that you can call the Hotline(1-888-DASH-2-DOT) to report vehicle safety defects or you can file a report online. The Hotline also has information about child safety seats, recalls, air bags, and other valuable safety information.

You are invited to become an outreach partner to help increase public awareness of the Hotline by ordering complimentary Hotline Literature for business, school, club, or organization online.

NHTSA also has a special exhibit program in conjunction with companies, organizations and federal and state governments to increase employee awareness of the Hotline. The Hotline exhibits and accompanying literature are made available to government agencies for display in buildings and at special events.
