The U.S. Railroad Retirement Board has
announced the appointments of Martha M. Barringer as Director of Field
Service, Ronald Russo as Director of Policy and Systems, and Keith B.
Earley as Director of Resource Management Center.
An independent Federal agency headquartered in Chicago,
the RRB administers the As Director of Field Service, Ms. Barringer will oversee the RRB’s network of 53 field offices serving the public nationwide. An RRB employee since 1978, she previously served as Director of Resource Management Center, and as Director of Debt Management in the agency’s former Bureau of Unemployment and Sickness Insurance. In his new position as Director of Policy and Systems, Mr. Russo will be responsible for developing systems, personal computer and mainframe based processes, instructions, and forms necessary to support the agency’s Office of Programs. He has held numerous executive positions during his 26-year RRB career, most recently as Executive Assistant to the Director of Programs. As Director of Resource Management Center, Mr. Earley will direct all administrative functions and activities within the Office of Programs. An RRB employee since 1983, he previously served as an Assistant to the Director of Programs. # # # |
