Many of the electronic resources to which the NIST Research Library subscribes require a license agreement.  The agreement outlines the terms and conditions in which the resources can be used and access.  Some of the common restrictions include access only to NIST researchers and staff, as well as visitors while on the NIST campus; printing excessive amounts of any portion of a database or ejournal; and using the resources for non-commercial purposes, i.e., research, educational or personal.  Questions about the library's license agreements should be directed to a Librarian.
