We are the environmental analysis and planning arm of the Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center and operate under the Naval Facilities Engineering Command's claimancy. We perform environmental tasks related to weapon systems as assigned by weapon systems commands and acquisition program managers. Mission "Provide clients with integrated environmental planning for the life-cycle of a program by considering the environment up-front and early. Work with the NAVFAC Planning and Environmental communities to consider environmental issues in the context of minimizing impacts to mission effectiveness, system performance, cost, and schedule."
