This site is designed as a virtual campus that houses free and for-fee training courses and knowledge resources in each of its rooms. When you are on the first page of the site, you can explore the Center by visiting or clicking on the doors of the various rooms, which act as gateways to training and information. The center of the Lobby is the Registration Desk. On the left side are the Elevator, Competency Management Center, Help Desk, Search and Select, and the Learning Management Office; on your right are the Virtual Classroom, Books 24x7, Resource Center and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC).
If you are a new visitor to the Center, the New User and What's New pages, accessed from the button bar at the top of the page, are good starting points for you.
You can navigate to these places either by clicking on the links in this text or by clicking on the Lobby images on the front page in the direction you'd like to go. To change the lobby view and expose additional doors, click on the bottom blue edge of the Lobby of the image above. No matter where you are in the Gov Online Learning Center, clicking on Floorplan will take you to the site map. Clicking on Help will take you to the Help Desk. Clicking on My Courses (you must have signed in first) will take you to your list of courses. Clicking on the Full Catalog will take you to the listing of all the available courses and clicking on the Free Catalog will take you to a listing of all the available free courses. Clicking on FAQ, or Frequently Asked Questions, will take you to information screens.
