HIV Databases
The HIV databases contain data on HIV genetic sequences, immunological
epitopes, drug resistance-associated mutations, and vaccine trials. The
website also gives access to a large number of tools that can be used to
analyze these data. This project is funded by the Division of AIDS of
the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), a part
of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

RIP version 2.0
is now available. In this version the query sequence is
automatically aligned to a reference set. The reference set can be
chosen and modified by the user or inserted as in the old version 1.
Additionally, there are now four different ways of plotting the
window values. RIP 2.0 produces three output files: a graphical
output, a tabular output of each position, and the resulting
automatic alignment.
