2004 Maintenance
Symposium and Exhibition Set for Houston
The Department of Defense
2004 Maintenance Symposium and Exhibition will be held 25 to 28
October in Houston, Texas. With the theme “High-Performance
Maintenance: Lean, Agile, Focused, Responsive,” the symposium will
focus on maintenance processes that produce the type of maintenance
needed to meet today’s global military challenges. Senior officials
from Government and industry will speak, and a slate of maintenance
experts will lead a wide range of panels and technical sessions.

XLIII Slated For October
Army
Operations Research Symposium XLIII will be held 19 to 21 October 2004
at the Army Logistics Management College at Fort Lee, Virginia. The
Army Evaluation Center at Alexandria, Virginia, will host this year’s
meeting, which has a theme of “Operations Research Support to an Army
