SWIN Region The Southwest Information Node (SWIN) includes Arizona, Colorado Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah and is home to an incredibly diverse natural and political environment. A rapidly growing population interacts with complex natural features such as deserts plateaus, rivers, and mountain ranges.
