CAREER MANAGEMENT TEAM (CMT)

The Career Management Team Mission
The Career Management Team (CMT) branch of the Reserve Affairs Division of Headquarters Marine Corps provides Staff NCO's and Officers of the Marine Corps Reserve with a professionally staffed section of Counselors to assist and guide each Marine reservist in making the best career decisions throughout their entire reserve career. IMA Counselors are available to provide guidance for drilling reservists on weekends and a full-time AR staff is available for Career Planners, Transitional and Prior Service Recruiters, or anyone seeking Reserve career guidance and information during the normal work week. CMT is also manages Reserve reenlistments and waivers, officer reappointments, MGIB-SR program, Reserve command screening, IMA tour length extensions, officer programs assistance, and RDOL.
