to reach the Trouble Report Desk 24 hours a day.
The desk is staffed locally Monday through Friday except on Federal holidays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. At other times calls are forwarded to the Verizon Switching Control Center. Telephone trouble can be defined on three levels click here for details. For further information:
