How do I get a telephone repaired?

All NIH users dial 301-402-9935 to reach the Trouble Report Desk 24 hours a day.

The desk is staffed locally Monday through Friday except on Federal holidays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  At other times calls are forwarded to the Verizon Switching Control Center.
