Ordering telephone equipment and services ... or expediting a request

The TIB Team wants to make it easy for you to order or expedite your telephone service request:

Many types of telephone service can be requested by using the Telephone Service Request Form (TSR). Just complete the TSR and fax it to the telephone number listed on the form.

For other products or services your Administrative Officer (AO) can assist you in submitting a DelPro.

- Attend a CIT Training Class for in-depth briefings on telecommunications issues, including maximizing the use of telephone sets, submitting Delpro orders for telephone work and moving or upgrading telephone systems at the NIH.
