The Published Personnel Listing and the NIH Telephone Operator’s Database are taken from the NIH Enterprise Directory (NED).
Employees are able to update some of the information in their NED record using the NED employee update service. Other information can only be changed by submitting a request to an Administrative Officer (AO). Visit the NED site and click on "Help" for detailed update instructions.
AOs should also be contacted if an entry needs to be added or deleted.

NIH listings that appear in the Verizon Blue Pages are managed by the TIB (Telephone Infrastructure Branch). To add, delete or change NIH listings in the Verizon Blue Pages submit a Telephone Service Request Form.
