The Ada for Mangers course is intended as an overview of Ada from a managers perspective. Development issues including cost, errors, and schedule are covered. Some maintenance information is also included.

The tutorial explains how Ada is currently being used in mission critical systems. It included statistics gathered from multiple developers, and shows how the use of Ada affected such areas as reuse, maintainability, and portability. This tutorial also shows the results of Ada versus non-Ada development for identical systems, including development time and maintenance. Problem areas unique to real-time and critical-reliability system are also addressed.
