Privacy and Security notices

Our most valuable assets are the men and women who comprise the CIA and the Intelligence Community.  While they work in secrecy, it is imperative that they have access to timely news and information that affects their professional lives and working environment.  Using a variety of means, the Internal Communications Branch staff keeps the work force  informed in the most timely way possible.

The Internal Communications Branch staff produces an employee newsletter in print and electronic formats several times each week to keep CIA employees informed of the latest events and news in the workplace.  The branch’s staff also works constantly to develop and implement new ways to deliver information using the latest technologies available.  For example, most employees can now watch in-house television channels bringing them live special events or announcements as well as international news and training presentations via their computer screens.  The Internal Communications Branch staff is working with other CIA offices to add additional channels, provide more programming choices, and arrange for many overseas employees to receive the same or similar programming via their computer screens.
