Abacavir+Lamivudine+Zidovudine (Trizivir)

   Generic Name: Abacavir+Lamivudine+Zidovudine
    Brand Name: Trizivir

Trizivir includes three antiretroviral drugs: abacavir sulfate (Ziagen), lamivudine (Epivir), and zidovudine (Retrovir). Each of these drugs is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI). This class of drugs blocks reverse transcriptase, an enzyme (cell protein that helps chemical reactions) that HIV needs to make more copies of itself.
