Goal No. 1: Ensure a Workplace Free from Discrimination and Harassment.

Goal No. 2: Ensure that All Beneficiaries have Equal Access to CMS Programs without Regard to any Discriminatory Factors.

Goal No. 3: Facilitate the Means by which CMS can Address the Under-Representation and Unique needs of Targeted Groups in the Agency's Culturally Diverse Workforce.
