Where to File - Business Forms and Filing Addresses

 

In order to determine where you need to file your Business or Business related Forms please identify the form number for which you need the information and follow the numerical or alpha-numerical links below to your specific Where to File information.

Example #1
To find Form 3520, Annual Return to Report Transactions With Foreign Trusts and Receipt of Certain Foreign Gifts, click the number 3 or Form 4136, Credit for Federal Tax Paid on Fuels, click the number 4.
