Abstract

Internet users have access to a free health risk assessment called the You First Health Assessment. After answering a short questionnaire regarding your health habits, family history, and lifestyle behaviors, a report is created online. The report is free, personalized and completely confidential. The report includes recommendations to improve health and minimize potential future health problems.
