Abstract

The Federation is composed of 70 member boards whose primary responsibilities and obligations are to protect the public through the regulation of physicians and other health care providers. FSMB serves as a liaison, advocate, researcher, educator and information source to the public, to health care organizations and to state, national and international authorities.
