Abstract

The American Health Quality Association represents Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) and professionals working to improve the quality of health care in communities across America. QIOs share information, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide technical assistance to physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and home health agencies. AHQA is a leading national association devoted exclusively to the improvement of health care quality. AHQA's individual and institutional members benefit from educational and networking opportunities with federal agencies, Congress, and the broader quality improvement community.
