The "No FEAR Act" is the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002. The primary purpose of the act is to improve federal agency accountability for antidiscrimination and whistleblower laws related to employment and to ensure that employees, applicants for employment and former employees are notified of their rights under antidiscrimination laws and the Whistleblower Protection Act.
