Earmarks FY 2003

Each of the facilities and organizations specifically identified in the Conference Report (H.Rept. 108-10) for the Labor-HHS-Education FY 2003 Appropriations (P.L. 108-7) will be notified of its proposed funding level and provided with guidelines and procedures to be followed to receive the grant funds. A facility normally will have up to 60 days to submit its application and any required documentation. HRSA expects to begin making these awards in late Spring 2003.
