Declan C. Murphy
Ph.D., Literature

Declan has served as Executive Assistant to the Librarian of Congress and Curator of Rare Books. He also has served as Deputy Director at The Kennan Institute for Advanced Russian Studies at The Smithsonian Institution, as Partner in Barnett Associates, Inc., as Project Manager for Wharton Energy Analysis Center at The Wharton School, and Board of Visitors member and instructor for The Aspen Institute. Declan earned a BA degree in Slavic Languages and Literatures from Fordham College, was a Kent Fellow at St. John's College, Cambridge University, earned his MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, and MA and PhD in Russian History from Princeton University.
